Denora AI

RESOURCES / FAQ

A little clarity, before we connect.

The essentials about Denora, Sarah AI and your clinic's setup.

Is Denora only an AI receptionist?

No. Sarah AI is the voice reception component within Denora's wider platform, which includes scheduling, patients, WhatsApp, staff, services, inventory, revenue and dashboard views.

What can Sarah do during a call?

Sarah answers calls 24/7, checks live availability and handles booking, rescheduling and cancellation. She uses the clinic's configured services, hours and rules.

What happens when a call needs a person?

Sarah can transfer to staff during working hours. When transfer is unavailable, she can take a message, mark unresolved calls and preserve callback context.

Can Denora be configured for our clinic?

Yes. Clinic-specific data, doctors, services, hours, Sarah, phone, WhatsApp and access are configured for the practice. Additional workflows may be developed where technically feasible and within agreed scope.

Does Denora have public pricing?

Yes. Essential, Growth and Scale each include the connected Denora platform, with different monthly Sarah AI minute allowances. A Custom option is available for requirements outside the standard plans. View pricing ↗

Which markets does Denora currently support?

Denora is currently focused on dental practices in the UK and Canada.

Who controls access?

The practice owner can grant, change or remove access to the system.

Does Sarah replace the entire team?

Denora connects workflows and supports the team. Sarah handles reception tasks and has human handoff workflows; Denora is not a fully autonomous practice.
